The Prattville Housing Authority consists of 106 affordable apartments featuring 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 bedroom floorplans. The agency also manages a Section 8 / Housing Choice Voucher program. Our office is located at 318 Water Street, on the edge of downtown Prattville, directly across from historic Stanley-Jensen Stadium, home of Prattville High School Lions football, and steps away from Pratt Park. Scenic Downtown Prattville, with its quaint shops and eateries is within close proximity to our apartment communities, as are grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment, and major shopping areas.
